COLLABORATING  WITH MALAYSIAN COLLEGES,  UNISMA OFFERS RESEARCH AND APPRENTICE OPPORTUNITIES

 

More than 2,500 Participants took part in the international seminar organized by University of Islam Malang (Unisma) via the zoom and live application on Facebook OIA Unisma Malang in collaboration with a number of universities in Malaysia with the theme Freedom Learning: Research and Apprenticeship Cooperation with Universities in Malaysia.

Unisma rector, Prof. Dr. H. Maskuri, M.Si, in his remarks through the zoom application said that in the International Conference this event will discuss various issues such as research opportunities, service and apprenticeship programs with universities in Malaysia in particular.

“At this time we  strengthen our network in Asia particularly with Malaysiia especially because of familial similarity; only then will we expand the network to other continents, “said the rector of Unisma

Prof. Maskuri also appreciated Unisma’s Office of International Affairs, which had initiated an event that presented 7 extraordinary  speakers.

The agenda was guided by Dr. Imam Wahyudi Karimullah, MA, Head of UNISMA’s Office of International Affairs which took place on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 10:00 to 12:00 Indonesia Time (11.00-13.00 Malaysia Time).

The guest speakers who took part in the International seminar  were among others M. Farid Ma`ruf Ph. D, Education and Culture Attache, Indonesian Embassy in Malaysia, Prof. Dr. H. Maskuri, M.Si, the rector of UNISMA Malang, Associate Prof. Dr. Wahyu Mulyo Utomo, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Associate Prof. Dr. Zulkifli Osman, Sultan Idris Malaysia University of Education, Associate Prof. Yohan Kurniawan, Ph.D, University Malaysia Kelantan, Malaysia, Associate Prof. Ir. Dr. Abd Kadir Bin Mahamad, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Assistant Prof. Dr. Meithiana Indrasari, ST., M.M., the chair of  association of Indonesian lecturers of East Java chapter and Vice Rector 4 of UNITOMO Surabaya.
