Masami Masato, Director of Mori No Sato Corporation, Japan, arrived in University of Islam Malang (Unisma) on Friday (2/8/2019). His presence in this university is to collaborate with Unisma for student apprenticeship. The event was attended by student representatives from several faculties and deans at Unisma.
“Iam very glad to welcome Mr. Masami who is very proactive to discuss technical issues and concrete cooperation” explained the rector of Unisma, Prof. Dr. Maskuri, M.Si.
Director of Mori No Sato Corporation, Mr. Masami, said that this cooperation needs to be followed up through further implementation.
Therefore, he advised the rector of Unisma to visit companies in Japan for Unisma students’ internships. The rector will go to Japan as suggested by the Deans. Next there will be experts who will come to Unisma.
Masami expressed his pride in being able to come to Unisma and see this magnificent campus. According to Prof. Maskuri, it is hoped that there will be students who will take advantage of this internship program so that it will benefit them later. “Later, they will also get an internship certificate from them,” said the Rector of Unisma.
Moreover, Masami’s visit to Unisma was followed up with socialization on apprenticeship in Japan. Hence this socialization enables Unisma students to prepare themselves for an internship there.
