Bangga, hal itulah yang terungkap dalam agenda pengukuhan lulusan Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) FKIP Unisma. Kebanggaan tak hanya dirasakan para peserta yang bisa lulus dan menyelesaikan kegiatan. Tetapi juga dari Pimpinan Unisma, dimana bisa melaksanakan amanah pemerintah untuk ikut meningkatkan kualitas calon guru di Indonesia.
Rektor Unisma Prof. Dr. Maskuri, M.Si dalam sambutannya mengaku bangga dengan prestasi kelulusan ini. “Semoga ilmu yang diperoleh dapat mengupgrade kemampuan dalam bersaing pada tingkat nasional, terutama untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM,” ujar Prof Maskuri.
Ia juga berpesan agar para lulusan program PPG ini bangga menjadi alumni Unisma. Sebab, salah satu PTNU ini sudah mendunia. Prof. Maskuri juga berpesan, bahwa era kompetisi sekarang kuncinya adalag ulet dan tekun.
“Cara anda menghargai orang lain jadi kunci utama memenangkan kompetisi. Hargai orang lain, ulet, sungguh-sungguh,” pesannya.
Kritis, kreatif, produktif, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bangun jaringan yang kuat menurut Maskuri jadi kunci meraih sukses.
Senada, Dekan FKIP Unisma Dr. Hasan Busri. M.Pd menegaskan, FKIP sudah berhasil mengantarkan program prestisius yaitu pendidikan profesi guru, dan bisa lulus 100 persen.
“Saya senantiasa mengikuti perkembangan, keluh kesah yang disampaikan, yang hampir tiap detik. Kami bertanggung jawab, tidak hanya sekadar membuat sertifikat. Tapi yang paling penting adalah membawa nama Unisma. Kami selalu bekerja profesional dan cerdas untuk mengantarkan peserta,” tegasnya.[:en]
Proud, that’s what was revealed in the inauguration of Teacher Professional Education (PPG) of Unisma’s Teacher Training and Education Programs. Pride is not only felt by the participants who can graduate and complete the program but also by the leaders of Unisma, who can carry out the mandate of the government to help improve the quality of prospective teachers in Indonesia.
Unisma’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Maskuri, M.Si, in his speech said that he was proud of this achievement. “Hopefully the knowledge gained can upgrade their ability to compete at the national level, especially to improve the quality of human resources,” said Prof. Maskuri.
He also advised the graduates of the PPG program to be proud of being Unisma alumni because Unisma, one ofNahdlatul Ulama based universities (PTNU), is already worldwide. Prof. Maskuri also advised that being tenacious and persistent is the key to the current era of competition.
“The way you value others is the key to winning the competition. Respect others, be resilient and earnest”he suggested.
“Being critical, creative, productive, able to communicate well, and building a strong network are the key to success” said Prof. Maskuri
Similarly, Dean of faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Unisma, Dr. HasanBusri. M.Pd, asserted that FKIP has succeeded in delivering a prestigious program namely teacher professional education.
“I always keep abreast of developments, respond to any complaints. We are responsible, not just for making certificates but the most important thing is to carry the name of Unisma. We always work professionally and intelligently to deliver participants’ success, “he stressed.[:ar]
فرح كل منتسبي كلية التربية بجامعة مالانج الإسلامية على نجاحهم في تخريج دفعة خاصة من المعلمين في تخصص تعليم المعلمين 2019. وفي كلماته تمنى مدير الجامعة، أ. د. مشكوري زيادة خبرة هؤلاء المعلمين، وهم فخورون بالانضمام للجامعة التي أصبحت الآن عالمية، وأضاف أن مفتاح النجاح في العصر الحديث: الجهد، والصبر، وتقدير الآخرين، وسرعة الاستجابة، والإنتاج، والقدرة على الإتصال والتنسيق مع الآخرين. ومن جانب آخر، أكد عميد كلية التربية، د. حسن بشري نجاح طرفه في تعليم المعلمين وتخريجهم، حيث أن الإدارة على ملاحظة تامة في مواكبة تطوراتهم التعليمية، وتسمع على شكواهم كل وقت. وهو يقول “قمنا بواجبنا وسلمنا لهم شهاداتهم”.
