Universitas Islam Malang (Unisma) menggelar kuliah umum bertajuk “Kepemimpinan Muslim untuk Membangun Peradaban Dunia yang Lebih Baik”, di Auditorium Prof Dr KH M Tholhah Hasan Unisma, pada Minggu (5/12).
Kuliah umum ini dihadiri oleh Ketua Umum PBNU, KH Said Aqil Siradj; Sekretaris Jendral Dewan Keluarga Kerajaan Qatar, Sheikh Abdul Aziz A Rahman Hasan Al-Thani; didampingi Rektor Unisma, Prof Dr Maskuri dan dimoderatori oleh Dr Imam Wahyudi. Lebih dari 400 orang hadir untuk mengikuti kuliah umum ini. Mulai dari mahasiswa Unisma hingga masyarakat umum.
Dalam kuliah ini disampaikan mengenai pentingnya kepemimpinan dalam menciptakan peradaban yang disegani dunia.”Kepemimpinan itu sangat penting. Tidak akan ada perubahan jika pimpinannya tidak berubah, Kalau ingin berubah, harus menggunakan leadership dengan cinta, kasih, sayang, dan santun” tegas kyai Said Aqil.
Kyai Said Aqil juga menekankan bahwa NU memiliki syiar kecintaan pada negara adalah sebagian dari iman. Ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang harmonis antara agama dan negara.
Selanjutnya, Sheikh Abdul Aziz mengungkapkan bahwa program-program kerja sama yang dilakukan Qatar dengan PBNU nantinya juga akan berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan. “Hal ini perlu kita lakukan berkiblat pada apa yang dilakukan oleh para sahabat Rasulullah SAW yang muncul sebagai pemimpin di dunia Islam,” jelasnya.
Ia juga mengungkapkan bahwa pemerintah Qatar sudah melakuka kerja sama dengan banyak negara untuk membentuk program kepemimpinan Islam. “Program ini akan kami lakukan selama beberapa tahun ke depan,” pungkasnya.[:en]
Unisma held a public lecture entitled “Muslim Leadership to Build a Better World Civilization”, at the auditorium of Prof. Dr. KH M Tholhah Hasan, Unisma, on Sunday (5/12).
This public lecture was attended by the General Chairperson of PBNU (the Indonesia Islamic group), KH Said Aqil Siradj; Secretary-General of the Qatar Royal Family Council, Sheikh Abdul Aziz A Rahman Hasan Al-Thani; accompanied by the rector of Unisma, Prof. Dr. Maskuri, and moderated by Dr. Imam Wahyudi Karimullah. More than 400 people attended this public lecture both Unisma students and the public.
In this lecture, he explained the importance of leadership in creating a civilization that is respected by the world. “Leadership is very important. There will be no change if the leadership does not change. If you want to change, you must use leadership with love, compassion, and courtesy,” said Kyai Said Aqil.
Kyai Said Aqil also emphasized that NU has symbols showing patriotism which is part of faith. This shows that there is a harmonious relationship between religion and the state.
Furthermore, Sheikh Abdul Aziz revealed that the cooperation programs carried out by Qatar with PBNU will also be related to leadership. “We need to do this oriented to what was done by the companions of the Prophet Muhammad who emerged as leaders in the Islamic world,” he explained.
He also revealed that the Qatari government had collaborated with many countries to establish an Islamic leadership program. “We will do this program for the next few years,” he concluded.

عقدت جامعة مالانج الإسلامية محاضرة عامة بعنوان “القيادة الإسلامية لبناء حضارة عالمية أفضل” وذلك في القاعة المركزية أ. د. محمد طلحة حسن (5/12) وبحضور الرئيس العام لجمعية نهضة العلماء، أ. د. سعيد عقيل سراج، والأمين العام لمجلس العائلة الملكية القطرية، الشيخ عبد العزيز بن عبد الرحمن بن حسن آل ثاني، ومشاركة أكثر من 400 شخص من الأساتيذ والطلاب والمدعوين. في هذه المحاضرة، أوضح أ. د. سعيد عقيل سراج أهمية القيادة في بناء حضارة يحترمها العالم. فالقيادة مهمة للغاية، ولن يكون هناك أي تغيير إذا لم تتغير القيادة. لذا.. إذا كنت تريد التغيير، فيجب عليك استخدام تلك القيادة بالمحبة والرحمة والمجاملة. وفي هذا الإطار، فالجمعية لديها شعار أن حب الوطن جزء من الإيمان، وهذا يدل على وجود علاقة متناغمة بين الدين والدولة. علاوة على ذلك، كشف الشيخ عبد العزيز أن برامج التعاون التي ستنفذها دولة قطر مع جمعية نهضة العلماء مرتبطة كذلك ببرنامج القيادة المنطلقة عما فعله أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الذين ظهروا في الحياة قادة للعالم الإسلامي. فالحكومة القطرية قد تعاونت مع العديد من الدول لإنشاء برامج القيادة الإسلامية مؤكدا أن الطرفين سنعمل معا من أجل تحقيق هذا البرنامج في السنوات القليلة المقبلة.
