Unisma Malang held a healthy walk and a bazaar. Interestingly the bazaar displays products from the target villages in Wajak District, Sunday (8/25/2019). This activity is the culmination of the KKN PPM ofUnisma students in Wajak, Malang District.
Village-owned enterprises for independent, prosperous village and thematic entrepreneurship through One Village One Product became the theme raised by Unisma. More than 1,000 residents participated in the event which was opened by acting regent of Malang, Drs. H. M. Sanusi, M.M and the rector of Unisma, Prof. Dr. H. Maskuri, M.Si.
In his address, the rector of Unisma Malang advised them to be proud of their own products and promote them to be able to compete with others
“Unisma always supports Malang regency government programs in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry, please note that Unisma and Malang regency government have collaborated with the Chinese research institute MRI-SAAS for the development of agricultural and livestock products in order to get maximum results “explained Prof. Maskuri.
There were 34 bazaar participants and 4 sub-districts participating in the village owned enterprise or Bumdes. Each participant displays the village products to be contested whosejudge is the Research and Community Service Unit (LPPM) of Unisma team, chaired by Dr. Nour Athiroh AS, S.Si., M.Kes.
On this occasion, the winners of village contest of Unisma community service were announced  in the category of entrepreneurial thematic villages that will get a reward from the government of Malang Regency. The champion is Kidangbang village in Wajak District and the independent village category is the Sumber Putih village which is alsoin Wajak District. The event was even more lively with the distribution of healthy walk door prizes.
