The rector will require each study program to have partners, such as industry, institutions, government, vocational training centers in accordance with their expertise.

Furthermore the lecture must be combined between theory and practice. This will bring good collaboration. The alumni must become alumni who have the ability to answer employment, not merely become a civil servant, but there must be opportunities to become successful entrepreneurs
