The rector of University of Islam Malang (Unisma), Prof. Dr. H. Maskuri, M.Si., gave motivation and direction to seven students of the Faculty of Islamic Studies who would depart for the Field-Service Study to Thailand (11/25).
Unisma’s rector, Prof. Dr. H. Maskuri, M.Si, said that this was one of the international programs carried out by Unisma to develop strong human resources in the future. The rector also appreciated the Dean efforts to develop his faculty because Unisma had opened paths to cooperation with several foreign universities.
Prof. Maskuri also advised that Unisma students in Thailand look after themselves and behave well because students not only carry their own name and family but also the good name of the campus.
“They must spend this opportunity as well as possible during in Thailand for 3 months” Explore unique ideas and develop them in teaching so that students can see what opportunities can be developed so that students presence in Thailand not just apply existing teaching methods, but bring ideas to be applied in Thailand “said Prof. Masuri.
Meanwhile the dean of the Islamic Faculty, Drs. H. Anwar Sa’dullah, M.Pdl., expressed his gratitude to the rector for motivating students and giving advises to students who will go to Thailand.
The dean also conveyed to students who would depart to prepare their mentality, competence and behavior because students departed from Malang and they could do activities to make Unisma proud there.
