Volleyball team of Unisma for the umpteenth time again won the tournament which was held by one of the private universities.
Dista Chandra, the spokesperson of the volley ball team, said that Unisma Volley ball team comprises  selected players from several faculties of this Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) campus.
“Thank God Unisma is very supportive of the development of talent interests. We, Â the Volleyball Sports Student Activity Unit , get serious attention from Unisma by encouraging us to particiate in every championship”said Dista Chandra.
The Unisma Rectorate was indeed very serious in developing the volleyball potential in this multicultural campus such as by hiring  a licensed coach.
In addition, they campus fully support this student as felt by the players such as by providing them costumes, match equipment, and the training ground.
Dista further revealed that the volley ball team has prominent achievement such as winning the first place in an olympics held by Ma Chung University last March; on the other hand woman volley ball brought home 3rd place. Last year, the men’s team just won 3rd place.
