TRAINING FOR MEDIA OF LEARNING

Improving the quality and academic services is an absolute thing to do, especially learning. In response to this, Unisma in collaboration with the iBLU (International Better Learning Upgrade) Academy held a training on creating learning media based on Microsoft, yesterday (20/2).

In his remarks which also opened the event officially the vice rector 1 of Unisma, Prof. H. Junaidi Mistar, M.Pd., P.hD said that the training was carried out because Unisma used original software from Microsoft.

“Now, with the contract for the use of original software, there are rights inherent in it that are given by Microsoft, one of which is Microsoft’s willingness to provide training for both academic staff such as lecturers and education staff.” he said

Vice rector 1 of Unisma also said that the training which is one of a series of activities at the 8th lustrum of Unisma, will be carried out in several periods. “This training will be held in several batches, this is the first batch which will be held for two days, namely on February 21 and 25, 2021,” he explained.

Furthermore, vice rector 1 explained that currently the training participants only came from Unisma lecturers. But it does not rule out the possibility that the second batch can be participated by participants outside Unisma. “What is clear is that in the next round, apart from offline participants from internal Unisma, this training activity can also be participated by participants from Nahdlotul Ulama universities,” he concluded.

Representative of iBLU-academy, Nasrullah Hadis, said that within two days, the training would be for media creation with basic Microsoft office tools, layout design, basic animation, videography and optimization of Microsoft tools.
