30 UNISMA STUDENTS ATTENDED THE INTERNATIONAL CREDIT TRANSFER PROGRAM

Sejumlah 30 mahasiswa Unisma berhasil meraih program Transfer Kredit Internasional di Moscow City University, Rusia. 30 mahasiswa tersebut berasal dari Program Studi Bahasa Inggris, Akuntansi dan Administrasi Negara.

“Ini baru pertama kali kami melaksanakan transfer kredit internasional bersama kampus Rusia. Sebelumnya juga pernah dilakukan dengan Taiwan, untuk kualifikasi mahasiswa yang bisa ikut minimal semester 3, memiliki kemampuan berbahasa inggris, IPK di atas 3.00, dan mengikuti program tersebut selama satu semester” terang Rektor Unisma, Prof. Dr. H. Maskuri, M.Si.

Pembelajaran transfer kredit internasional dilaksanakan mulai September lalu dan dilakukan secara daring. mahasiswa Unisma bakal belajar soal manajemen perilaku organisasi kepemimpinan bahasa Inggris dan perkuliahan lainnya yang bersifat general.

“Moscow city University Rusia ini mitra kami sebelumnya kami sudah ke sana dan mereka sudah ke sini. Rencananya mereka juga akan mengirimkan mahasiswa ke sini tapi tertunda karena pandemi” imbuhnya

Unisma saat ini juga sedang melayani transfer credit internasional untuk 20 mahasiswa uzbekistan melalui daring. Rektor Unisma berharap dengan adanya sejumlah program internasionalisasi bisa menambah penguatan kompetensi global Unisma.

“Harapannya mahasiswa kami mulai terbuka tentang pendidikan level internasional,wawasan terbuka sangat luas pola pikir tidak lagi pada tekanan lokal termotivasi mengembangkan potensi daya saing dan termotivasi ikut transfer internasional”jelasnya.

Unisma juga saat ini sedang rombak kurikulum besar-besaran seperti pembelajaran 40% FGD dan 60% RnD di perusahaan lembaga pendidikan perbankan dinas pertanian peternakan dan bidang lain sesuai keilmuan mahasiswa . Serta pelaksanaan KKN, PPL, persiapan penulisan disertasi, tesis dan penulisan karya ilmiah juga sudah banyak dilakukan di luar negeri seperti Brunei Darussalam ,Singapura, Malaysia, Thailand dan Taiwan.

“Bukan hanya transfer kredit internasional tapi jangan diset sesama mahasiswa dosen dan bahkan kegiatan konferensi internasional akan kami galakkan secara bertahap. juga di merdeka belajar Kami yang sudah menjalin kerja sama dengan 187 PT luar negeri dan 33 negara akan terus memperbanyak program kerjasama” tutupnya.

A total of 30 Unisma students won the international credit transfer program at Moscow City University, Russia. The 30 students come from the English, Accounting and State Administration Study Programs.

“This is the first time we have carried out an international credit transfer with a Russian campus. Previously, it had also been done with Taiwan under qualifications that the  students have taken at least 3 semesters, have English language skills, GPA above 3.00, and participate in the program for one semester, “explained Unisma rector, Prof. Dr. H. Maskuri, M.Si.

International credit transfer learning was implemented last September and conducted online. Unisma students will learn about management, organizational behavior, leadership in English and other general courses.

“Moscow city University, Russia, is our partner. We have been there before and they have already come to Unisma. They planned to send students here too but it was delayed due to the pandemic,” he added.

Unisma is currently also serving international credit transfers for 20 Uzbekistan students online. The rector of Unisma hopes that the existence of a number of internationalization programs can increase the strengthening of Unisma’s global competence.

“The hope is that our students will begin to open up about international level education, with a very wide open mindset. Their mindset is no longer based on local pressure, is motivated to develop competitiveness potential and is motivated to participate in international transfers,” he explained.

Unisma is currently reconstructing  the curriculum on a large scale, such as learning 40% FGD and 60% RnD in banking, educational institutions, agriculture, livestock, and other fields according to student scholarship, as well as the implementation of community service, field teaching practice, preparation of dissertation writing, thesis and writing which are done overseas such as in Brunei Darussalam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan.

“Not only international credit transfers, we also have program for  lecturers, independent learning  and even international conference activities which will be encouraged gradually. We, who have collaborated with 187 overseas universities and 33 countries, will continue to expand our cooperation programs,” he concluded.
